For your convenience we've put together an "Artwork Submission Check List". This includes:

• Type of card requested ( Gift Card / Loyalty / Membership )
• Contact Information to appear on the card
• Option for Magnetic Stripe / Signature Strip / Bar codes / Sequential Numbering
• Customize the text on the back of the card. The generic disclaimer can be customized to your specific terms of agreement.
